Black Border on OS X

So I was just using Mac OS X and next thing I know most of the focus items (such as the back button in my browser, selected hard-drive or folder, textboxes, etc.) have a black border around them. I also had an extra copy of the “Restart”, “Shut Down”, “Log Out”, and “Force Quit” when I clicked on the Apple logo (top left). I had no idea what the hell this was so I naturally went over to do a Google search. Within a few minutes I found out how to fix the problem through this article. It was simply the fact that Voice Over had to be turned off in the “Universal Access” properties of System Preferences.

Oh the power of Google is so great!
